  •  Our 2026 theme is:

    Love Gives, Life Grows

    The love that is given by a donor hero through organ, eye and tissue donation is the gift of life that grows across our communities, providing transplant recipients everywhere with the second chance at life they desperately seek.

  • Important Dates

    Art must be submitted online, or postmarked via mail by Monday, November 9th, 2026 (11:59 p.m.pst).

    Age Group Winners will be announced on November 27th, 2026.

    The Social Media Winner will be announced on December 8th, 2026.

    Social Media voting will open immediately following the Age Group Winners Announcement.

  • Submission Guidelines

    Paper submissions: Must be on 8.5 x 11 paper.

    Digital submissions: Must be 8.5 x 11 at 300 DPI and saved as JPG, PDF, or TIFF.

    Eligible Types of Art: Submissions can include paintings, drawings, or digital/computer-generated graphic designs.

    No Text: Please DO NOT include any text in the artwork.

    No AI-Generated Art: Submissions created using AI tools will NOT be accepted.

    Rights and Usage: Donor Network West reserves the right to display, publish, and make submissions available to the public.

    Non-Returnable: Artwork will not be returned to contestants.

    Inclusive: Designs should appeal to people of multiple faiths and ethnicities.

    Submission Origin: Artwork must be created and submitted by individuals residing within the United States and its territories.

  • Judging Criteria 

    Submissions will be judged on the following criteria by Donor Network West Staff:

    •Connection to Contest Theme: Love Gives, Life Grows
    •Creativity
    •Visual Impact
    •Artistic Merit
    •Originality

    Winners will be determined by the artwork that receives the most votes in each age group. Students can refer to our website, donornetworkwest.org, and receive updates from our social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Threads. (Check us out on YouTube as well!)

  • Winning Categories & Prizes

    1. Overall Winner: The winner's art will be selected as Donor Network West's official 2026 holiday card. The winner will receive $250.00 and 50 cards with envelopes of their winning design. The first name and last initial will be printed on the back of the card to attribute this artist's work.

     

    2. Age Group Winners: Three winners will be selected, one from each of the following age groups, each receiving a prize of $200.00.

    • Age 13 and under
    • Age 14 to 18
    • Age 19 and above

     

    3. Social Media Favorite: One additional winner will be selected based on social media engagement. The entry with the most likes across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Threads) will receive a $100.00 prize.

     

    ALL WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED VIA THE EMAIL PROVIDED ON ENTRY FORM.
